Print Your Complimentary Pass and Come In
Fill in your name and email address below and we’ll email you a complimentary pass for your first workout.
Simply print it out and bring it in anytime between the hours listed when we have staff on deck to show you around. We promise not to put any pressure on you to join. We’d just like to show you around and let you make up your own mind.
Staffed hours:
Monday to Thursday 10am – 2:30pm and 3:30pm – 8pm
Friday and Saturday 10am – 2pm
Total staffed hours = 44.5 per week
Book Your First Complimentary Workout Online

Once you book your time, you will receive a welcome email with your booking confirmation and all the details you need to get started.
Remember, Workout Zone is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and membership is only $13.95 per week. No contracts. No joining fee.

You can call us between our staffed hours on (03) 9509 2577 and we can immediately book you in for your first complimentary session or leave us a message outside of staffed hours and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. During your first session you will meet with one of our staff who will show you around and answer any questions you might have.
