Matt Coles

Co-Founder

Matt has been involved in Martial Arts and Fitness for over 31 years. For more than 16 years Matt has been training and instructing people in the art of kickboxing and boxing, he also personally trains clients to achieve their individual goals whether it be in fitness, weight loss, strength, muscle gain or general health and wellbeing.

Peter Morey

Co-Founder

Having trained in gyms for a number of years, Peter is a strong believer in physical health. His experience with training in gyms and with personal trainers over the years has lead him to acknowledge several things. General tasks in life become easier, motivation becomes stronger, life just becomes better! After these realisations, he decided to spread his joy’s of a healthier, fitter and better life by teaming up with his best friend and to open Workout Zone.

Steve has been a fitness professional since 1990, specialising in body symmetry through resistance training. His passion & energy for the industry will help motivate any individual to achieve what they believe. Empowering people to change their lifestyle through fitness.

Trevor Block

Personal Trainer

Trevor began as a massage therapist in 2001. In 2008, he became a personal trainer to further aid his clients address postural and mobility issues, through functional training, strength and conditioning, and core stability training. Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior or sedentary office worker, Trevor can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Alon Fisher

Personal Trainer

Alon is qualified with a Cert IV in Fitness and ASCA Level 1. He’s an experienced boxing & kickboxing coach, and has a background working with seniors to improve strength, mobility and stability. Whether you’re an athlete or seeking to improve your overall fitness and wellbeing, Alon is here to help you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.

Daniel Lim

Personal Trainer

Daniel has been training in gyms since the age of 14 and has been a qualified trainer since 2014, specialising in strength training and circuit training, Daniel has helped many clients achieve thier goals whether they be weight loss, strength gain or anything in between.

Simone Greig

Personal Trainer

Sim has been involved in fitness for over 40years. Starting in and successfully competing in Artistic Gymnastics and now a renown and multi award winning High Performance Gymnastics Coach, with clients across the globe. Sim has also been a Personal Trainer for over 25 years, and now specialises in transformation, strength & conditioning and overall health & wellbeing. Whether it’s Face To Face or Online, Sim has the means to lead you to your fitness goals. At the end of 2022, Sim took up the sport of BodyBuilding and has now claimed multiple State Titles and 3 National Titles, earning herself an NBA Pro Card at the end of 2023.
