Matt Coles


Matt has been involved in Martial Arts and Fitness for over 31 years. For more than 16 years Matt has been training and instructing people in the art of kickboxing and boxing, he also personally trains clients to achieve their individual goals whether it be in fitness, weight loss, strength, muscle gain or general health and wellbeing.

Peter Morey


Having trained in gyms for a number of years, Peter is a strong believer in physical health. His experience with training in gyms and with personal trainers over the years has lead him to acknowledge several things. General tasks in life become easier, motivation becomes stronger, life just becomes better! After these realisations, he decided to spread his joy’s of a healthier, fitter and better life by teaming up with his best friend and to open Workout Zone.

Cade has over 20 years experience in various industries finding out what clients want and helping them get it. He brings this passion, plus specialist fitness skills and knowledge to deliver a fun and results focused fitness experience. Cade can help you look and feel good, plus make a real difference in your health and well-being.

Steve has been a fitness professional since 1990, specialising in body symmetry through resistance training. His passion & energy for the industry will help motivate any individual to achieve what they believe. Empowering people to change their lifestyle through fitness.

Lidija Clemens

Personal Trainer

Lidija has been in gyms since she was 18 & has been a PT for 10 years. She prides herself on her ability to listen to her clients & tailor their programs accordingly. Lidija specialises in body weight training, high intensity interval training & functional training as these are the most exciting & beneficial for her clients.

Trevor Block

Personal Trainer

Trevor began as a massage therapist in 2001. In 2008, he became a personal trainer to further aid his clients address postural and mobility issues, through functional training, strength and conditioning, and core stability training. Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior or sedentary office worker, Trevor can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Rudi has been working in the fitness industry for over 4 years. She’s prides herself in educating clients on how to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Her passion is helping clients achieve their ideal physique through weight training and hormonal profiling.
